We have acquired a lot of experience in engineering production automation during our production activities. For over thirty years we have used welding robots and automated systems in our production of welded steel components. We can evidently be competitive with the low wage production of the Central European countries.

Several examples:

	Trimmer beam production Automated CAD welding of trimmer beams for hollow core concrete floors: ca. 25.000 pieces per year with average order size of less than five. Offline parametric programmable robot. Production system by Leenstra.

	Container handling frames Offline parametric programmable robot and Leenstra production system for truck mounted container handling equipment. Many designs and variable length per unit.

	Agricultural machines Automated production of frames for agricultural machinery. After that the final assembly of these frames, to become an easy fitting component, is handled by Leenstra.

	Parts of Ferris wheels All wheel components and gondola’s for mobile Ferris Wheels. Welded using automated crawler systems to strict TÜV standards for the entertainment industry. Leenstra was the first to use robots and other automated production methods for production to TÜV standards.
